It is a bit hard to take photos of this chassis, first of all because it so
compact and second because it is black. It is hard to see what parts go
where in the photos now.

Use a good light source, such as the sun on a cloudy day or a flourucent light
strip (common above kitchen sinks). Add a white paper that curves from the
table and up on the wall. Use a tripod and set the ISO (film speed) on your
camera to as low as possible, use a auto shoot timer if you can to avoid
shaking the camera/tripod when pressing the button. See this page by Sun Yun:

What I need now is some advice:
Is it best to let the sub-parts of the car be rigid in them self so you can
make an lighter chassis. Or is it better to make small an light sub-parts
and make an stronger chassis so when all parts are together it is rigid
enough ?

Perhaps you can integrate the chassis with the subparts making them as one?
