Use a good light source, such as the sun on a cloudy day or a flourucent light
strip (common above kitchen sinks). Add a white paper that curves from the
table and up on the wall. Use a tripod and set the ISO (film speed) on your
camera to as low as possible, use a auto shoot timer if you can to avoid
shaking the camera/tripod when pressing the button. See this page by Sun Yun:
