They're still available at Pitsco-Dacta for $7.50 a pack of 36 links, but
they probably don't ship overseas. Someone is always selling a couple packs
on eBay for $9.99, maybe he'll ship overseas.
I just bought 2 packs, and 36 links appears to be a direct replacement for
one of the rubber treads, but I haven't tried it yet. They sure do seem to
have a lot less friction!
