Does this have to be a commercially available set?
There is a scaled up model of a Lego Racer in Hamley's of London window.
Wheels are about 2 feet in diameter and powered by a 240V mains motor -
should be able to beat all comers!!! If I can get hold of it can I enter
this?
:-))

Hi!
Here's yet another Tehnic genre booster!
Challenge: Build a model that can pull as much load as possible using
pieces from _only_one_ official LEGO set!
One class for each set so you can all be winners, no matter what set
you own (as long as it has pneumatics, rubberbands, electric motor(s)
or anything else that can be transformed into a driving unit)!
Note: There is _no_ end date on this challenge but it will be much
more easy to be number one before everyone else has finished their
designs .)

| (...) It has to have an inventory at Peeron so you'll need to get one up there first :) (...) Well, there is one class per set e.g. you wont compete with the other sets :) /Tobbe (URL) (23 years ago, 28-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)
