You've missed the point of the competition. Each set has it's own class. The
challenge is to get the most out of the parts you are given. I think the
current rules are fine. What you have described would be a completely
different competition. The point of the one set limitation is to simplify
the building process so their will be more entries. The competition is also
cheaper to enter this way and doesn't rob too many parts from other projects.
