Instead of using a single Lego set the parameters should be 1-4 motors and
the type of tires used. The amount of Lego shouldn't matter. Only Lego
should be used and no other weight materials added. There should be weight
classes.

| (...) You've missed the point of the competition. Each set has it's own class. The challenge is to get the most out of the parts you are given. I think the current rules are fine.
