I doubt it. I just did a USPTO trademark search and diddn't find anything
obvious for "Super Street". Also, the 8445 was actually recalled from
all stores, the 8448 was still sold by TLC stores until supply ran out a few
months ago. 8448 was not sold in regular stores in 2000 but was not recalled.
There was the problem with the air spring, but that was fixed right away.
I can't believe that would do it.
