I built one of these myself - a while ago. The LDraw plans are at (URL) although I am yet to take some photos. My version could definately be made smaller. I intend to apply the principle to two modified servos in a non-Lego bot, although I will (...) (19 years ago, 14-Apr-05, to lugnet.technic)

Thanks Andrew, it looks like those in the UK have to order these through commotion - pitsco only ship some items over here, although I think it is more to with TLC rules than anything else. It is a shame you dont see these items on the shop@home (...) (19 years ago, 13-Apr-05, to lugnet.technic)

I must admit, it is not clear if the drive is actually driving the two tracks - in which case it will be two motors, or if it is simply driving the cylinders from the tracks - which wouldnt make a huge amount of sense, but is possible. A picture (...) (19 years ago, 13-Apr-05, to lugnet.technic)

I can imagine there being a glut of wookie figures on bricklink while many builders buy these for their treads. The lack of these has limited the possibilities for GBC and robot designs for too long - so I may buy a few boxes. It would be great if (...) (20 years ago, 11-Apr-05, to lugnet.technic)
