I can imagine there being a glut of wookie figures on bricklink while
many builders buy these for their treads. The lack of these has
limited the possibilities for GBC and robot designs for too long - so
I may buy a few boxes. It would be great if Lego had a bulk pack of
these links in the Technic Accessories part of the bricks and peices
shop.
I must admit - with respect to #7258 I will have to watch those greys
though. It kind of reminds me of the Red Dwarf reference where rimmer
orders a colour change from Ocean Grey to Military Grey.
