| Hi everybody, I' ve read a long time ago something like this: LEGO pneumatic cylinder cannot be use as hydraulic cylinder. Is anybody can explain me why ?? | (...) I agree, but unfortunately my computer does not! My CAD version of the Sydney Harbour Bridge now exceeds the ability of my somewhat antiquated computer to render it (even in MLCad). | (...) I agree with Steve. HOG it! Besides, your MOC will have so many mechnical parts, eliminating the A-frame cylinders will make it more simple and your life easier, IMO. -TJ (21 years ago, 5-Apr-04, to lugnet.technic)

| (...) Well on my crane I went straight for the HOG approach, I didn't actually find out how the A frame was raised on the prototype until after completion. | (...) You should also try with another cylinder to blow air into the pump while it is fully retracted (or being retracted). Otherwise your testing will not reveal a defective non-return valve.
