Everything that is uploaded has to be "approved" first, before it is shown to
the public. Now this approval is just to see if the pictures are Lego-related
and are okay to be viewed by everybody, including children.
When you add one picture into an already public folder (i.e. approved), the
whole folder is blocked again.
Oh, you can deep-link to the picture (directly to the .jpg) if you think the
picture can't wait. Sometimes it takes a little longer than 30 minutes, or the
time difference will see to it that the approvers are asleep (I live in the
Netherlands), so just wait.
