if you deliver some kind of power
it will fly actively
you just have to rotate the rotor

the same thing is with the gliders
you just have add some force :)

but seriously
i do understand you mean
this rotary micromachine have blades set at some angle
and these blades when rotated produce the lift
but notice the paper plane can have
a little bit bent wings and it will produce lift also

btw:
can anyone of you "build" the paper plane with two spikes at the front
this kind of p-plane with little modification at the back can
have amazing redords of flight longiness

i'll try to make some pictures to show you
how to do it
i know it's off topic but
this is the flying machine topic :)))
