Hi, Can't (immediately) answer the question "are there any sets with the same size bucket as 8862 but in black" but I can confirm the bucket sizes from 8235, 8862 and 8464 (as I have all three sets, four buckets). The smallest yellow bucket in 8862 (...) (23 years ago, 15-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)

(...) Great idea Tobbe! A couple of questions / clarifications: 1. 100% pure lego is quite a restriction. The problems I'd have with that is string, rubber bands, and possibly weights and stickers (though I've never used stickers yet). Are such (...) (23 years ago, 14-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)

Great idea! But I have an observation. Why not make it _just_two_ official lego sets. This permits an unmotorized set to be combined with 8735 for example or a motorized set to be added to a pneumatic set. I think the possible hybrids might be very (...) (23 years ago, 14-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)
