To all our friends at LUGNET; As of 5:13pm Saturday June 30th 2001 Ken passed away from heat stroke complications. He was surrounded by all his friends an family we could fit in the ICU room. Your concern has merit. A posting on a news group could most definately be viewed a "prior art" and effectively prevent Lego from receiving a patent on the design. At the moment I have only 4 Toa(still gotta get Lewa and Gali), and I've got two of each set, one of them not opened. I've only got 3 Throwbots and 1 Robo Rider, and they can't make a good beast.
