Re: Bionicle Toa now in TRU

Washington, PA TRU had the whole collection of Toas, in sizable numbers. At first I thought they just had the air Toa, but all of the others were shelved separately from him. It looks like Lego ships these as solid cases and not as assortments like (...) (24 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Bionicle Toa now in TRU

By Tuesday, Every Toys'R'Us in Northern Georgia will Have Toa, after Scoureing most of them, the only one in stock today was Pohatu at the TRU near the Mall of Georgia, and I am loving this guy! Also, I managed to get 1 more of those Lego (...) (24 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.loc.us.sc, lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Technic Wheels

Thanks for the replies everyone. It is nice to have some opinions from other Technic fans. (...) Agreed! I also really like these wheels for motorcycles; it would be nice if they made a slightly larger version for a bigger motorcycle model though... (...) (24 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

My (current) favourite is the cool, white hubbed (13x24 if I read right!) found on the (blue) 8042, which colour combination is, well, ice cool. Also found in 8835 (and doubtless elsewhere) RW Gaurav Thakur <cp5670@supermail.com> wrote in message (...) (24 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Bugs

I dunno, I really am lost with all this. If this is a new idea from someone is there a way to get around it or some other loop hole i could use to get past this problem? Tim (...) (24 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Bugs

Ah! Good thought Ray. But does the same apply to browser plug-ins also? If so, you are correct that there is something in Tim's registry (or elsewhere?) that says he has Flash, even if the bulk of the program is deleted. Tim? Is that any help? Matt (...)   Re: Bugs

With Windows it's a bad idea to just delete stuff because all the crap it had put in the registry is still there and Windows gets confused about it. Most programs have an uninstall routine that can be accessed in it's Start Menu folder or the (...) (24 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Bionicle Toa now in TRU

Went by Toys 'R' Us tonight to see if they had any Bionicle stuff in yet, and sure enough, they had all of the Toa. $6.99 a piece. I haven't read anyone else reporting this yet, so I figured I would post. David (24 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.loc.us.sc, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: 5110 Cross Axles and Couplers

(...) I'd like to help but it's uneconomic for you as you have to pay two postage's then there's changing all the money, working out oversea's post and the fact Lego hate my debit card so I'd have to put it through my sister's account and borrow her (...)   Re: Bugs

I dunno' Tim. Either the Shockwave or Flash plug-in should be in there. Do you perhaps have more than one version of the browser installed on the system and you looked in the folder for a copy you don't use/didn't install the plug-in into (...)   Re: Bugs

This is getting really annoying now becuase when i eventually found the plug-in folder the only plugin in there is quick time and when i got to the flash website it still says I have flash.   Re: YEESSSS!!!!!

Hey Ian, I've found that about 40% of the time, the sky will stay black in a scene. The rest of the time, just wait another little while, and it will load last. Of course, as I'm sure you've noticed, the game plays fine without the sky anyway. Have (...) (24 years ago, 24-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  YEESSSS!!!!!

I reinstalled the Flash plugin, and it works just fine!!!! (Except that the sky is often an ominous black) Thank you!!! Haha! Ian (24 years ago, 24-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Bugs

Tim, First you need to delete the plug-in from your browser plug-in folder, THEN go try the re-install. Flash isn't set up to to a refresh install overwriting the previous version (well, actually, it WILL refresh on the Macintosh, and saves me a (...)   Re: How to strengthen friction peg?

(...) Well, I've sometimes used the flexible "tubing" that's used as sheathing for the flex system stuff - shove it through the hole in the pin (it's a snug fit) and (purists & non-modification pundits beware) cut off the extra so it doesn't stick (...)
