You can get the pumps at Dacta: (URL) a search for part number 779915. They cost $10.75 for two. The cylinders cannot be ordered separately. However, several companies on www.brickbay.com sell them (and also the pumps). Search on "pheumatic" from (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

You can get by with U-joints if you limit the travel of your suspension abit or are very careful about your pivot points. I'm not familiar with the suspension in the Land Rover, but I'd guess that it's got unequal length A-arms and that ussually (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Well my man here's the deal, making a 4x4 sterring nuckle from scratch with out using the prepared solution from the auto chasis has always been tricky, the u-joint set up is the way to go, and trust me if you think that the scale problem is holding (...) hello, Yes, you can program using Lego LOGO, which is the official software that is packaged with the Lego Dacta Control Lab set. Or you can use the more powerful (IMHO) Lego Engineer, a program developed at Tufts which is based on National (...) To store wheels so they're "all staring at you", try putting a 1x1x1/3 round piece on the back of the wheels, and stick them all to a big grey baseplate to hang on a wall. Hi; does anyone know of a good substitute for the Technic pneumatic tubing? Lego's tubing is a bit on the expensive side (not sure if it can even bought as a seperate item anymore) and it seems that you could probably get something that would work (...) (24 years ago, 10-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)
