First, I planed to put them on the Cans where they belong to according to
the building instructions. But then I also wanted to find a soloution that
allows me to look at all masks at once. Interestingly, I had about the same
idea as Carl and planed to stack all my masks on grey baseplates. I took my
LEGO Mosaic to test it ... and ran out of the needed elements after about
four masks...

... however, NOW, I *am* able to show you the final version of this method,
as I just uploaded a few new images to:
http//:www.brickmaster.de/images/ !!!
If you want to know what my collection looks like, check that link! The
images show pretty accurate how the display has been constructed. Please
excuse the (again) bad image quality, but I don't have anything besides my
Mindstorms webcam, which is useful in many cases, though not perfect for
this one.
To Carl; I really didn't want too steal your idea, so I hope you trust me
that I had similar thoughts too but weren't able to realize them before.
Well, I admit I wouldn't have kept trying without your posting here, but
then again - why shouldn't everyone be able to store his masks that way?
As a side note, the Cans are still in use for my second copies of the first
bacth. Now - where will I store my third collection? Grr! I really need to
find the second batch soon, otherwise I'll have spent all my money on the
first one!

Mee too!!

Here's the direct link:

Those are simply in their cases, but I thought about a construction as well.
It would be difficult for the disks, but pretty easy for the wheels. You'd
need lots and lots of Technic elements though...
