  Re: Is Bionicle violence?

(...) Sorry, I hadn't read the Bionicle.com story yet. I didn't expect to find anything beyond the 2001 TECHNIC brochure found in the LEGO boxes. So now we have a character that is definately evil- is it okay now? I still think that evil LEGO was (...) (24 years ago, 15-Feb-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.off-topic.debate)

  Is Bionicle violence?

(...) I dunno why I didn't look at my own collection..., I have a 6950 as well and sure enough it has black axle pins. Either way, it seems these are extremely rare compared to the grey ones. KDJ ___...___ LUGNETer #203, Windsor, Ontario, Canada (24 years ago, 15-Feb-01, to lugnet.technic)

what is the second set of 8446 suppose to be? it looks kind of like a big rig cab but i can't figure out what the back is for (24 years ago, 15-Feb-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Looking for set for parts

From what I've read, the 8459 is generally regarded as a pretty good set. Because I have only been into Technic for couple of years, my definition of a "new" set is whether the half-bushings have teeth or not. But from what I've read here, it seems (...) (...) Actually the 8459 set is actually pretty new (1997) when compared to some others, but yeah; I would definitely recommend this one. I'm not sure about average auction prices but I saw an unopened one go for $125 US dollars on eBay a few days (...) (24 years ago, 15-Feb-01, to lugnet.technic)

I built a new Throwbot that transforms very well.

I combined Flare and Spark to make a new humanoid. It is fairly standard, and has two stacked gearboxes. There are arms coming out the middle.
