If the compartments are labeled, it makes it easier to put pieces away
correctly.

Even with clear drawers, it may not be possible to positively identify
the pieces within.  At least, it wouldn't be easy.

Steve, that's why I open my clear boxes to get a better look at the
insides. It's also easier to put the parts in the compartments when the
box is open.

I have a link to a 12 step program for compulsive sorting disorder....

Actually, the only reason I don't label my boxes is that I move the
partitions around, I can't stand glue residue, and I'm basically lazy.

OOPS, I just read that you were using DRAWERS, not PLANO 37xx Tackle Boxes.
You are, of course right. I used to use those stacking drawer things for my
Fisher Technik collection, then one day I was walking downsatirs with the
box and it tipped and ALL THE DRAWERS FELL OUT. AAAAGGHGHHH. Now I use, you
know.... tackle boxes.

Not a flame or a slam, just having fun...

Cheers,

(...) Well, with the latest advances in atomic teleportation you may no longer have to worry about opening the compartments to put the pieces inside. (26 years ago, 9-Nov-98, to lugnet.storage)
