Well, I saw the sets for 1999 coming out in early November and December. This
happened at both Meijer and Toys R Us to a lessor extent. I think most retailers
get these sets early, and most, due to the Christmas craziness in the toy
aisles, just put it out there. They are quickly gobbled up! I got all the RES-Q
sets before December of 1997, when they came out in 1998. I don't know if TLG
cares or not.
