Guys,
I was in no way AT ALL trying to downgrade anyone's sites or their
creativity and I think that you-all were quick to judge rather than Todd. I
tryed to post another message right after my last post that i didn't mean what
i was saying and that i was sorry for snapping but Todd revoked my privleges.
I guess I interpreted the TOS wrong and I haven't read them in a while. I
apologize none-the-less.  I snapped because when I offered legitamit help [not
that you need it], everyone shut me up and didn't even consider what i was
offering. "Professional" or not, it's free! That really got to me. I had been
listening to what everyone has been saying on the starwars newsgroup for a
while and realized how layed back everyone was that I didn't think you'd get
angry nor did i know why you were. 'suppose I didn't consider what I was
saying. I forgot to put myself in your shoes. Again I apologize and I hope
that I can be allowed help anyone who doesn't feel insulted by my offer.
Either way, I acctually forgot that Todd was the lugnet master [yes, away from
the computer, i'm incredibly dumb :) ]. I really like all your works but the
way that you guys interpretted the word professional was completely irrelevant
to how I meant it. It was said that most small business's websites really
suck, it's true, most of them do. Alot of 'professional' webmasters go
overboard on graphics, make the page too fancy, hard to navigate, etc. I make
mine simple, easy to navigate, etc.. But none of those sites have anything to
do with me or my work. Most of your pages look more professional than most
officially labeled professional pages. I did try to post an immediate message
after the last snapping one. I also should've been more specific of what I
could do for them. Maybe you could be a bit less harsh a not as quick to judge
me.

Just think of my as an experienced webmaster rather than professional
webmaster because being "professionsal" apparentlyhas a bad name on lugnet.
When I said that I was insulted and I didn't have a clue why. If I didn't
think that everyone on lugnet was creative, etc, the first paragraph of my
first message would not have been written.  You are all VERY creative and I
respect your creativity. If you read over my message and put yourself in my
shoes, you may realize I wasn't being insulting at all.

I sincerely apologize.
Thanks for your time.

Jon
