I don't agree... For those of us who don't have enough money to buy tons
of copies of the same set, old colors are better because we have more of
them. For example, I don't like the fact that Cyberslam uses teal and
purple because that means I would have to buy tons of Cyberslam sets to
get enough teal or purple pieces to incorporate them in my models without
looking like I ran out of the right color.
Now I think I should have bought more Adventurer's sets just because the
Star Wars sets also use tan. However, I need to save my money to get all
the SW sets. AUGH! (Maybe I'll get enough tan pieces to use as trim from
just the SW sets, though.)
I'll stop babbling now...

| I quickly retract my opinion- now that I've opened the image in photoshop and tweaked the color balance to reduce the red saturation, the bricks do indeed look blue. And the minifig faces become closer to Lego yellow. Too bad. Purple would have been (...) (26 years ago, 15-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)
