  Re: Lambda Class Shuttle

To all, (...) That shuttle is awesome (I would pay some bucks for a minifig version like that! : ) ), but that horse in the background reminded me of something I saw last year, except it is in gray instead of brown. It's the Meijer LEGO version of (...) (24 years ago, 30-Aug-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars)

  Lambda Class Shuttle

Check out this pic from Tim C's trip to the model shop at Enfield. (URL) know we'd never see something that cool in a set, but it sure does look neat. ~M (24 years ago, 30-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: 7184 MTT: additional instruction leaflet

(...) I just got my MTT a few days ago, and yes, it too has the extra instruction sheet. My set, however, came with four extra 1x6 brown bricks and two extra 1x8 tan plates. That's nice that I got some extra parts with the set though :) Wilson (24 years ago, 30-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 2001 SW line-up

(...) Don't forget that there are a couple more Pod Racers to be made. I really wish that at least two more sets would be available for the E1-line - NOT the juniorized tub ones. Bye, Christian --- xTI@N. P.S.: Note that I usually reply slow... (...) (24 years ago, 29-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 2001 SW line-up

(...) Ah, but the Sith Infiltrator was an excuse to put Darth Maul in an expensive set, especially with it being the only source of a straight double light sabre. I see the shuttle/cruiser as a similar set, lots of plates, some good hinges, and a (...) (24 years ago, 29-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 2001 SW line-up

You bother about screen time? LEGO obviously does not. How long was the Sith Infiltrator's appearance in the movie? 6 seconds - at best ... Burkhard (24 years ago, 29-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Nah, the Sandcrawler is *way* more visible than the republic cruiser. Both in screen time (including the scenes set in front of the tracks), and in terms of importance to the plot. Steve (24 years ago, 29-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Hi there! Look at www.reimann.de. They have the X-Wing for DM 256,70 and the TIE for DM 171,05. Or www.geschenke-wendel.de: X-Wing DM 255,95, TIE DM DM 175,95. Have fun, Axel (24 years ago, 29-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 2001 SW line-up

(...) The ship Palpatine & the ship the jedi arrive in are actually the same ship type: Republic Cruiser. Not a ship I'd make if I were Lego, given the low visibility of it in the movies & the limited "fun factor" for kids. However, seems like Lego (...) (24 years ago, 28-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 2001 SW line-up

(...) Given the (spring) 2001 lineup, I'd say that it's the Ep1 stuff that is winding down. Obviously, there won't be as much to create sets from as in the three original movies. But the fact that Lego has saved most imperial stuff until 2001 (...) (24 years ago, 28-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)
