I think he meant blueprints of the vehicles themselves, not MOC's. If so, maybe these links can help: (URL) - a lot of description of various dimensions and scale for the ATAT, photos but no plans (URL) ostly the same for the falcon, but with some (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jun-00, to lugnet.starwars)

She appears to be identical to the "Town Folks" cop, except that her face is hidden by an (...) I've updated the pictures now, and they should be a bit clearer. I've also added the latest availability info.: LSB is still the main source. In Battlestar Gallactica they use "Languatron" devices that actually allow you to hear spoken alien words (like our "real-world"[whatever that is] news interviews) followed by English (or whatever them children of the stars call it).
