I didn't mean to imply they would sue them over a portrayal of ethnicity, I meant that someone might sue to have their group represented as part of TLG's population of minifigs (if TLG actually started making ethnic 'figs). Who is doing the design for the LEGO STAR WARS LINE? Is that being done by LEGO US or is it being done by LEGO (is it holland where there main headquaters is at). (...) Maxifigs apparently pre-date the "everyone is yellow" rule -- the Red Indians are literally Red. It's pretty funny, in a non-PC way.
