  Re: CHEWIE & C-3PO REVEALED!!!

(...) Escape pod. I thinkt TLC felt they had to put in an 'action' feature or something, since the MF's escape pods are referred to a total of I think once in all 3 films, and never shown. (...)   Re: R2 dome piece in artic set?

(...) I can confirm that the River Expedition set has a 2x2x2 hollow 'bell jar' dome and not a 2x2x1 'R2 head dome'. J (25 years ago, 17-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: John stole my AAT

Actually, my pic was not done in ldraw. I work on Macs and did mine in Gryphon Bricks, which doesn't have a lot of lego pieces or options (anyone who'se used it knows just how limiting it is). Once I clean out my apartment I'm getting a PC so I can (...) (25 years ago, 17-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.cad, lugnet.general)

  Re: New pic comments

I just came back from the lego showroom and the 3PO figure you've seen in the pictures IS a metallic color. I hope they change it, but right now he's a metallic beige. You can't see it in the pics, but he does have a glitter to him just like most (...) (25 years ago, 17-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: CHEWIE & C-3PO REVEALED!!!

(...) The standard hairpieces (short 'guy' hair, ponytail, and hippy hair) are mostly smooth plastic, with a slight matte finish (very slight). The engraved lines are basically just engraved lines. The SW hairpieces are more scultped. Maybe you (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: CHEWIE & C-3PO REVEALED!!!

Correction, the Sting Ray Stormer does four black inverse saucer 1/4 domes, but the Arachnoid Star Base only has two. However, it's worth it to buy two of the ASB's because not only will you get a complete black bottom, you'll also get four (...) (25 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)
