The good news is AFOLs are being hired left and right.  I know of two who
have been recently hired into good positions within TLC, and a few others
who are seeking jobs there.  What we need is people who care about the
product as much as we do to be inside influencing the direction of the
product.  (I'll spare a lot of my opinions on child development and LEGO
toys, where they're going, where they have been, etc...)
what we really need is an AFOL in a position in the lego set design
shop, mabie they can start designing sets that AFOLs want e.g. cars WITH
doors.

Then again, I guess that somewhere there has been a directive "dont use
the car door parts on cars" from upper managment (which we will never be
able to infiltrate) because upper managment is so dead set on
junorisation. If I found out who was accually responsible for
junorisation I would like to get my little pirate gun (which they dont
make anymore because some idiot, probobly the same person or people
decided to cancel pirates) and shoot him/them :)
