Well, my point was that they're all _possible_ ways, and because their
pseudo-science leans so heavily toward the "pseudo" then there's lots of
creative fun to be had imagining reasons why it was "the way it was done" in
that particular "universe", rather than being dismissive about something
that doesn't fit with another arbitrarily-chosen "universe".
I quite like the jump-gate idea, mainly because people haven't really built
any in Lego yet (well, that I've seen), and I'd like to have a go at one
myself. If someone's got pics of a jump-gate sort of creation I'd love to
have a look.
