Thanks for taking the time to comment! I'll confess that I was torn between the choices of what to do with the bridge. Somewhere I tossed a mental coin and simply stuck with the decision. Others also have said I should have added more detail to the (...) (20 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.space)

Yes, I scrimped on the tanker. There's always the MKII!! Everything about the Penguin was an accident...everything. I don't have a lot of white slopes, so I was just sort of placing pieces together and one thing led to another and...there was also a (...) (20 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.space)

They seem to hold up the ship well, yet still fold up out of the way when (...) (20 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) The yellow flaps are nice, and you used the main colors very nicely. The integration of the SW engines on the bottom is good too. The cockpit looks a little bit too busy because of so much printing in a relatively small place. My only other (...) (20 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.space)

Melpomene is both the 100th model gallery on my site and my first SHIP over 100 studs. She is a passenger transport crewed by 9 women and adapted to their particular needs. She cruises the spacelanes, looking for pirates to bring to justice. (You've (...) (20 years ago, 2-May-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX) !!
