Thanks for the kind words. This kind of landing gear is very simple to make as
long as you have two a long thin paralell surfaces to mount it on. On a smaller
ship it could be more lightweight and sleeker looking.
I'm still not 100% happy with the cockpit arrangement - it still isn't
completely airtight. I discovered that making it airtight would be very hard,
and I noticed that on the official LEGO Republic Gunship and also on Bryce's
Hind D, there is still some space in between the cockpit and rest of the ship. I
have a few ideas about how to make it work with these cockpits, maybe another
time?
