  Giant Space Baby attack!

This post covers a couple of different topics, first off: <DELURK> I've been hiding in the shadows for about 6 years now, In that time I've posted only once or twice, mostly because I haven't been building much of my own stuff. However, I finally (...) (20 years ago, 29-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX) !!

  Re: Giant Space Baby attack!

(...) Wow, cool :-) I think this captures the feeling of being stuck on an airplane with one nearby -- at least, my ears feel like the baby's HUGE in comparison to me. -Tim (20 years ago, 29-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Haha, nice! what happens when the giant space babies get inside the shipyards where the ship's being built? (URL) How do space babies breathe? Adrian (20 years ago, 29-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Looks like someone's taking a Megablok in the Trib. I thought that smell was fertilizer from the hydroponics chamber. -nk (20 years ago, 29-Oct-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Giant Space Baby attack!

(...) Wow very cool! I especially like the way you've arranged the white tiles on the picture frame, and how you used different sizes. It looks a lot better this way than if you were to line all of the tiles up (as in rows and rows of the same-sized (...) (20 years ago, 29-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

snip (...) If you're referring to (URL) then I'm glad it was inspirational. Nobody seemed interested at the time I posted it, but this MOC totally makes up for it. On that note, this MOC is awesome. It looks really awesome, you can't even really (...) (20 years ago, 29-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Giant Space Baby attack!

(...) I am interested in retaining this giant baby's services. Perhaps Mr. Baby could be persuaded to wear pajamas in black with a skull motif for a nominal fee? Your Lord and Master, 3GA (URL) (20 years ago, 30-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Giant Space Baby attack!

(...) Yep! that's the one, although for some reason in the mental image I had of it the spaceman was holding a black spanner. Brains are such weird things. I do remember going and looking at it when it was originally posted and mentally filed it (...) (20 years ago, 30-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Giant Space Baby attack!

I wish I had that giant space viewscreen in my basement! Seriously, the viewscreen is a great idea well-executed, and it opens up so many possibilities. You could have your space men watching football, or the Simpsons, for example. You could print (...) (20 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Giant Space Baby attack!

(...) [grin] I like it! Those valliant classic space minifigs seem to take the situation very calmly, as truly proffessionals. (Or as in the original Star Trek series, that poor guy in first away team of the episode, who always fell victim to the (...) (20 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.people.parents, FTX)

  Re: Giant Space Baby attack!

(...) Not only is it funny, it also earned me serious kudos with my NLSO who's nephew it is :) (20 years ago, 1-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Giant Space Baby attack!

(...) yeah, those pics aren't particularly in focus... maybe next time I shoot a MOC, I will reshoot the frame. The frames went on clearance for half price at S@H in the US a few months ago, and I grabbed a bunch, now I just need to use em. The gray (...) (20 years ago, 2-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
