  Re: the future of...

(...) Heh. I particularly like the text blurb for (URL) entry. It's really interesting how feasibility issues kill so many "revolutionary" ideas. Flying cars were theoretically supposed to alleviate congestion, but can you imagine what NYC would (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Bluebird P.X.C.

(...) Nice job Bruce, I really like the rotating the wings, the orientation of the cockpit, as well as the creative SNOT work. Janey "Red Brick" (21 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Bluebird P.X.C.

Hi all, Meet the Bluebird Personal Exploratory Craft: (URL) More pics can be found on my website: (URL) Since I usually build castles, it was fun to play around with different building techniques. (...) Man, that's SICK...SICK! you need help... I mean really. Although, I will admit Dr. Terrible is fun at parties.... the lamp shade and the mechanical legs are comedy GOLD. ~^- (URL) ~^- Admiral Giddens <>< (URL) space. ~^- (URL) (21 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Lots of Bots - Bot Contest MOCS

Hmm...maybe trying to incorporate some of the more popular theme color schemes, like a black/yellow Blacktron I or a black/red Spyrius, or maybe try your hand at some of the fan-made themes, like a light gray/white/trans blue PCS or a mixture of (...)   Re: The Grand Admiral has been rescued!

(...) I gotta be honest with you, something was missing.... I need more Dr. Terrible. I GOTTA have more Dr. Terrible. I have a fever, and the prescription is more Dr. Terrible. If wanting more Dr. Terrible is wrong, I don't want to be right. -nk (21 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Lots of Bots - Bot Contest MOCS

(...) What would you suggest for colors? I like the black overall, with the grey here and there. The lights on the back are for the in-shoulder mounted standard weapons - dark green for a destruction ray, light green for a less powerful stun weapon. (...)   Re: The Grand Admiral has been rescued!

(...) This is really a high water mark of brickcomix in my opinion. Not only is it visually compelling, but the writing, characters, staging etc....it easily draws you in and makes it like a mini movie. Awesome work gents...can't wait for the next (...)   Re: Lots of Bots - Bot Contest MOCS

Heh, these are pretty nifty. The only thing I'd suggest is maybe tweaking the color scheme on the military bot and maybe adding some more gizmo-type stuff and such to the med-bot--if only to build-up the impression of it being an all-out, (...)   Re: Kumo assassination spider

(...) good stuff! You got me real interested in making a spider-style creation now, but mine will be a little bigger... think of yours as the jumping spider and mine... the tarantula. :) Rick (21 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.castle.ninja, FTX)

  Re: Kumo assassination spider

(...) It was fun, and I really like how it turned out, but I think I've had my fill of building vehicles that are directly based on creature anatomy for a while. This makes three, along with the Suzumushi and the one that I brought to the last (...) (21 years ago, 28-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.castle.ninja, FTX)

  Re: Tommy the Floating Head

...y'know, if I didn't know any better, I'd say that's real sweet. Really dig the construction of the head and hands, and the overall design is a really nice translation from a minifig scale to...is that technically "maaxifig"? It's a real nifty (...)   Tommy the Floating Head

(URL) Tommy the Floating Head> is a special sort of person. You see, there are two types of people in the entire world - people who like Tommy and people who don't.   Re: The Grand Admiral has been rescued!

Nicely done Mark, and all the others who helped. I really like how well all the factions/characters were integrated into this story. Excellent work. Heh, and I can't wait to see more of EB in the next comic. That will just add to the hilarity. :-) (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: The Grand Admiral has been rescued!
