Hi Ryan, First of all, congrats for such a comprehensive post. As I already told you before, it's a very nice habit you have to take pics of the MOC on its way to become THE MOC! Deck 4 Photos: (URL) 4 contains: the Battle Bridge; and the Dilithium storage tanks and controls. Security is also relatively high on deck 4 because of these two areas.
