Deck 4 contains: the Battle Bridge; and the Dilithium storage tanks and
controls. Security is also relatively high on deck 4 because of these two
areas. Armed guards are posted outside the battle bridge and also inside the
bridge, as well as being posted in the dilithium controls area. In addition to
the turbolift, there is an access hatch to deck 3 (above this deck).
