I like the bullfrog a lot, although maybe it would look better if the ‘bottom lip’ didn’t stick out - it’d just pull the COG of the cockpit back toward the pelvis a bit. I could be wrong though.

Also, the big cannon have beautifully clean lines, and the smaller underslung guns are neat as well.

Quick parts question - where do the nifty battle-damage striped slopes come from? They look really handy.

As to the drones - yum! They’ve got a great sense of balance about them - the way the gun magazines hang out behind but not too far, and the plate over the head.

you know me, big guns and clunky is my mantra! This is why anime eludes me I think. Big gun GOOD! Beefy GOOD! Elegant BAD!

I think you’re closer than you give yourself credit. Have a flick through something like Intron Depot 1 - those hovery-bots have got some real Masamune Shirow overtones. Maybe if Fuchikomas could fly?

Plus I’m just happy that mechs-without-legs are becoming socially acceptable... I feel the need to make some more.

Thanks,

Will

(...) Thanks man. Coming from you that is quite the compliment! (...) I know. But it was the only color I had and I just digged the shape of it too much! No excuses.
