thanks G
this idea has been brewing in my head and on my note pad for over a year. I
had been dreaming about a ship that was asymetrical forever , and this
project allowed me to get that out and make the return to ExtraGlobal Xpress
that was long over due. I wrestled with the SNOT for a long time, especially
in the engine section. The engines are held in by the brick config itself
and not by any for of formal connection. and it is really tight fitting
too. Also the vertical plates near the front of the bridge were a little
bit of a pain. I actually couldn't realize how to finish this and started
work on the micro walker project in .technic for about 2 weeks until it
dawned on me how to complete the top of the cabin area.
I feel like there is a lot of room for improvement on the design, but I was
ready to finish it and decided that extra greebles are not really a staple
of my design anyhow.

| Assymetrical? I'm on board. This is a great job Travis....the design is original and functional. You've managed to smooth and curve out what could be in danger of being a boxy shape into a fine light hauler. The sideways orientation of the canopy (...) (22 years ago, 15-Apr-03, to lugnet.space)
