Greetings!

In taking a short break from a Pre Classic Space project, this came out as a
little craft I've been wanting to do since Christmas.

Please let me know what you think and where improvements can be made...it's
a blank slate prototype at the moment.

Cheers,
-Gil

I really like this craft. The cockpit is ingenious, not many open cockpits. The only thing I would say about it is you can make it have one or two passenger seats in that big area behind the pilot. The tail is cool an and the vtol thrusers seem to (...) (21 years ago, 19-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

I love that shape. The open cockpit is cool. I can't think of much you could do to improve it. Maybe you could raise the walls to the sides of the pilot a little bit. I'd hate to fall out of that at 400 kph. But then again, maybe it wouldn't look as (...) (21 years ago, 19-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) Excellent as usual... how about a picture of the cockpit? Unless someone's building skills are still raw (like mine), it's really hard to come up with suggestions for 'improvements.' Doesn't it just come down to personal preference and (...) (21 years ago, 19-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

gil, i think this ship is worth spending some time on: this is my fave pic (URL) angle and ambience is just right, if you could Photoshop over an ocean or cityscape that would be cool... ok, so 1) i like the way it lands 2) i like the controlled use (...) (21 years ago, 20-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) I'm always impressed with angled construction techniques, and your VTOL thrusters look amazing. I'm looking forward to the non-military model with color parts instead of the military prototype grayscale construction. :) Keep up the great work (...) (21 years ago, 22-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Cool and interessting design as always Gil. I can imagine one of these flying on patrol around some futuristic city. The cockpit seems a little wierd to me. For me it seems like theres a little too much space between the top of it and the pilots (...) (21 years ago, 23-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)
