oops,
looks like my terminology was a little vague (sory)
i mean "Permanent" as in the actual contest/build is
permanent not the modules themselves. So like it is
always open and ongoing to new modules and new builders.
In fact, it might be a great way to initiate newbies
"Welcome, go build a module for the the .space station"
i'll answer some of the other posts now,
and try to get a webpage up so we can start moving
on this thing
