  Re: CT-150 Industrial Transport Shuttle

(...) It will be a while for this one. :) (...) Thanks, those LOM canopies were a pain to figure out his way. (...) The engine nozzles are from the Jango Fett Slave I. There's one in each set, at the end of the 'nose'. The landing gear work for me, (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: CT-150 Industrial Transport Shuttle

(...) Wow. OOh, I can't wait for the big ship. :) I love the hyper-greebliness of this guy. You've really made the ship interesting without sacraficing form over greeblies. The greeblies work... well, somehow. And I always like to see uses for those (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: MB Rover Maintenance

Eric, (...) Thanks a lot for the compliments! (...) Those came from the train sets that I got on sale from Target. (...) Initially these were meant to be solar panels but wasn't able to redesign them to move in a much more angular fashion. So I just (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: PCS goofs off for a weekend.... (dang, I should be buildin')

(...) Coolio. Now discontinue it and listen to all gripe for the next 10 years about the 'good ole days when they used to sell PCS fig packs'... ;) -G (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: CT-150 Industrial Transport Shuttle

(...) An ugly (in a good way) beauty, Rick. Of note that I particularily like...the nozzles on the engines, the pullies as surface controls and of course, the deep n' delicious greeb use. The ramp entry/egress is a nice touch too! Cheers, -G (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Et In Arcadia Lego - Picking Your SNOT

(...) Excellent ditty Paul....the offset uses are completely new to me and explain a few solutions for some things I've seen done on your models. :) Cheers, -G (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: 2 hoverbikes, a chair & a X-wing barrel top slope solution

(...) I really like this one....it's simplicity and lightweight appearance would go well with an exploration ship. Hmmm.... Cheers, -G (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space, lugnet.town)

  Re: New MOC: The FlyGill

(...) (URL) I quite like the name. ;) The model looks like an interesting start to me. It looks as if you've developed the shape and scale you want to go with and are now in the process of polishing it up using some of the suggestions made upthread. (...)   Re: Kickin' the Brick with: Gil Shaw

(...) Hmm...good point. I consider myself more of a .space roadie :) Cheers, -G (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Et In Arcadia Lego - Picking Your SNOT

(...) Great article, Paul. It's always neat to see what solutions others come up with. (URL) Here's another part> that allows two plates to be put directly opposite one another without gaps. (URL) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: CT-150 Industrial Transport Shuttle

(...) Nice ship Rick. The canopy looks great. And the controls, some neat stuff in there. I look forward to seeing it in person. Jason Spears | (URL) BrickCentral> | (URL) MichLUG> (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Blacktronicle II: Bohrokitron

After building the first one, I couldn't resist making one using the Bohrok frame, since I already knew it was possible. I borrowed the basic concept from Paul Coombs' Gremlin, but the construction is completely original, though it borrows a bit (...)   Re: New Threads on Lugnet

(...) Also, viewing as "compact" makes it much easier, as the initial post is always bold. But I agree, it would be nice to have an additional option to only display the first post of each tree, without replies.   Re: CT-150 Industrial Transport Shuttle

(...) Very nice. Congratulations Rick, you have discovered one of the "Golden Rules" of space building. One thing I've noticed in all these years in .space, is that there's an overwhelming tendency for the best MOCs to have the fewest open areas of (...)   Re: Bussard Capital Ship

(...) I'll be putting up some shots of a big ship with heavy-duty landing gear in a few days. Cheers, (URL) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New Ship - Teaser

(...) I don't usually reply to teasers, but the long 2-stud-wide blank strip along the side just bugs me too much. Would you consider putting something there? I'll reserve my other comments for when you formally announce the ship... Cheers, (URL) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New Threads on Lugnet

(...) In the meantime, Paul, perhaps you could temporarily give up your penchant for changing the subject line in mid-thread. Many people do it occasionally for legitimate topic changes, but you do it on virtually every post, when there doesn't seem (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: PCS goofs off for a weekend.... (dang, I should be buildin')

(...) Admiral, That photo is a beauty! Excellent design on the spacepack! I would love to have one of these as a collectible. Now if LEGO would only rerelease the classic and versatile space "armor"...You'd be in business! -ªþ§ who patiently awaits (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
