  Re: Zenith MOC

(...) Very cool! where'd ya get the large 6x5?x2 inverted gray slope scoops at the back? I didn't think they were available since classic space & I've been waiting for them to come out in sets again. Jeff (22 years ago, 25-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Fleebnorks and Sea Monkeys and Turbocycles Oh My!

Neat! I find myself really liking the Fleebcycle the best...just the image of a bug on a cycle I find decidedly warped. The Sea Monkey cycle is really cool because of the wheels/turbines. very clever, and something that I would expect from the SMs:) (...) (22 years ago, 25-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.aquazone)

  Zenith MOC

Kane Starcrafters is pleased to announce its first luxury sports starcraft, the Zenith. Designed with speed in mind, the Zenith features dual rear offset thrusters and dual antigravity units in the front. The ample cockpit, designed for maximum (...) (22 years ago, 25-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: UPDATED Savannah MOC

that was the whole idea... although i orignally wanted it to accommodate a crew of two... although I suppose that the interior could be reorganized to do so. -tk "George Haberberger" <George.Haberberger@...xerox.com> wrote in message (...) (22 years ago, 25-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) Thanks. They'll be a little harder to crisp with the plasma torch when they're in one of these, won't they :) Adrian -- (URL) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.aquazone)

  Re: PreCS MOC

(...) Thank you! I'm really glad the cockpit came together, I sweated over that the most. Take care, Soren (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: UPDATED Savannah MOC

(...) Travis, Wow, I like it. I like how you were able to fit everything someone could need for an extended trip in such a small package. Thanks, George (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Shark Teaser Pic

Paul, that is a very cool and very original ship. I think it goes in the same class as the Nasal Avenger, as as far as unconventional design goes. The color scheme works very well, and I'm particularly impressed with the tail section and the fins. (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Fleebnorks and Sea Monkeys and Turbocycles Oh My!

(...) Now there's an idea... A turbocycle with a turret :) *files the concept away for later use* I've always had a fondness for vehicles from the old cartoon show M.A.S.K. Some of the first MOC's I remember building that I was very proud of were (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.aquazone)

Re: Fleebnorks and Sea Monkeys and Turbocycles Oh My!

Gotta dig the zany! As usual, all of them are splendid Adrian, although I have to express a particular fondess for the Sea Monkey Marauder. At first I thought the bubble was able to turn, brining those cones/weapons to bare. When I saw that it was (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.aquazone)

  Re: MOC APV Sparrow Hawk

Thank you sir! Nope, you got it....the space above the pilot is one of the issues to address. It looks too empty - like there is supposed to be something there, but it got left out. I'm thinking to raise the seat and drop some instrumentation from (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: PreCS MOC

Great lines! The melding of the canopy into the slope of the ship is beautiful. As mentioned the detailing of the aft end is the real clincher. The lie-down cockpit can be a tough one to pull off, but I think what makes this work is the (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) *hits head* I looked and studied your MOC for a long time... I dunno why I stated in my post that you used the UCS canopy... must be the NutraSweet I drank in my tea yesterday. (bleah) (...)   Re: Fleebnorks and Sea Monkeys and Turbocycles Oh My!

(...) Right, they're more weapons than wheel guards. If they were too close to the wheels, they'd run the risk of causing damage to them instead of the bad guys. I agree, though, that they would look good as wheel covers. (...) Yeah, I did like the (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.aquazone)

  Re: PreCS MOC

(...) I don't know why. It's got a cool street-rod feel to it. That said, the colours are a bit jumbled. I reckon if you just swapped out the sand blue bits for white (if you have them) you might change your mind. (...) I feel your pain. (...) As (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) THANK YOU SIR! *salutes* (...) Shuttle cockpit in a MOC. (...) Glad you like it. I'll try to build another PCS model soon. (...) Will do! Take care, Soren (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: PreCS MOC

(...) Thank you! The whole ship was designed around the canopy, glad you think it works well. The ball sockets really are great thrusters. Thanks Chris! (...) Always nice to know my stuff is inspiring. (...) Nope. I'm not especially proud of it, so (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) something. I'm jealous of anyone that has it in sufficient quantities to use it properly. Te bat wings are a cute touch. I'm not sure about the axes on the front though. Is there any way to get them closer to the wheel to act as wheel covers? (...) (22 years ago, 24-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.aquazone)
