  2x2 medium-slope w/computer screen in red?!

Hey all, I'm pretty sure this is a Town piece, because I've never seen it in any Space sets that I've had or read about. Yet, at our last local club meeting, one of the members had this piece for sale. I bought it immediately, incredulous. Anyone (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Dragonfly Hoverbike

Looks like a powerful bike. Good stuff. I like how you used the door pieces. The pieces to the sides of the seat are cool, too. -Andrew (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Have HoverBike, will travel. Build your own today!

(...) Thanks Andrew. The frame is the best part about them - very versatile. (...) That's what started the whole thing (again). I was looking at my Frostbite and said "what if there was a cone there"...and here we are. (...) I'm looking forward to (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Have HoverBike, will travel. Build your own today!

Those all rock. It's a great frame, and these bikes make great use of it. I really like the horn on the Rhino. I made three today. Hopefully I'll have them posted soon. I'm stuck coming up with a name for one at the moment. Thanks for giving us this (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: Sunstreak Hoverbike

Great bike. Maybe this is the Harley of hoverbikes. I like the antennas. Nice colors. -Andrew (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: My hoverbike.

That's an intimidating looking bike. I like the asymmetry. The pilot looks good, too. -Andrew (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: 4 HoverBikes waiting to join the circuit

Those are all cool. I think the Reaper's my favorite. The variations to the bike skeleton for the Tempest are cool. -Andrew (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: My hoverbike.

Nice Hoverbike Tim. I think my favorite is the nose of the bike. I see some of the parts from your new Slave 1 are coming in handy. Is there a background story for Arty? Jamie www.ozbricks.com/jneufeld (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: Sunstreak Hoverbike

Nice bike Gil. As always you've done a great job. Nice and oversized. How many miles to the Fleebnork does it get? Jamie www.ozbricks.com/jneufeld (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: my first seed

(...) Yep, I sort of remembered my car training class in high school. The big boxes all lined up in front of a movie screen. No matter what you did, the movie didn't change, even if your controls said you were doing 120mph. I miss those. (...) Nah, (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: Starship Cygnus

Wow. I really like the simple streamlined shape of this ship. I always find myself thinking in X and Y - I always neglect to conceptualize in Z. Really sweet. The exterior is very cool yet extremely simple. No flashy details is a good thing on this (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: 4 HoverBikes waiting to join the circuit

(...) Yeah, I know just what you mean. Way back when I did the first one (before the Marine bike featured in the Dundee's story), I was hooked on the basic frame. (...) Heh, this is cool. Great job with the horns, and that big fin thing in the back (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: Starship Cygnus

Sweet Mother of Pearl! You had something that size rolling around in your head. So what defines "quick planning"? 1 maybe 2 hours? lol. In all seriousness that is a cool looking ship. I thought it resembled the ship from homeworld. Good job, keep up (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

4 HoverBikes waiting to join the circuit

Well I thought I would jump on the HoverBike band wagon and build one. Then one became 2 and then 3 and then 4. Darn you Chris for making such an addictive easy moc to build ;). The Longhorn: (URL) Steed: (URL) Reaper (URL) Tempest (URL) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Displacement Tonnage for Spaceships?

(...) Don't worry, building large ships is actually easier than it might seem. I was building mere 100 studish long ships for years, then I decided to make the jump to large ships. I now have built a 240 or stud long ship which weighs upward of 25 (...) (22 years ago, 31-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: Starship Cygnus

(...) Sweet, I guess this means you are running low on grey. :-) I really like the detail of the interior design. How much does it weigh? Jude (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

  MOC: Starship Cygnus

I've finally escaped my cubism (to a certain extent anyway). I've had the idea for this ship rolling around my head for quite some time. After some quick planning i started building (planning on creating the interior as i went), but overanxious as (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc) !
