 | | The Starport That Almost Was

Greetings again. Well, I did tell Kyle Keppler and Tim Courtney that I'd give building a massive starport a try before the summer was out; this I indicated way back in March. It almost made it. Unfortunately, I have to pack up my stuff (even the (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

Yeah, I like what you did, but we need more ships involved... Not little border skirmishes, but fleet depleting large scale engagements. IE draw a line in space and bring massive forces to bear... I realize that this comment may be blasphemy, but... What happens if a Zeno Hover Tub has an accident with T.R. Sammis' Flying Carpet? Will the carpet fly completely waterlogged? Is the tub as efficient with all the water soaked into a carpet? Hmm, (...) (24 years ago, 17-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

Here's Lynx 8 Space Bike. The front vents are pieces from a jack stone set (don't have a duck, someone bought the set for me). The body employs a lego three wheeler (minus front wheel assembly and rear wheels) as its base piece, so the minifig sits (...) (24 years ago, 16-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

(...) Very nice! It shares a lot of aesthetic qualities with Joel's also very cool mini-hovercar. Those steering wheels are quite useful as mini-turbofans--I've only ever used them as landing gear or machinegun legs. ;) LFB (24 years ago, 16-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)
