This is the personal hover device for Roman Arcane built by his son Duel.
Pictured here is Duel testing it out, below is Roman.
Duel's wife Nicole is checking out the dual shard power system.
It is powered by a revolutionary dual obsidian shard arrangement.
Lift is achieved from one shard by Levitation and the other shard controls
speed and direction.
Very simplistic design and easy to use. Maintenance is nearly nonexistent.
Full production for the general population of Athas is not expected for it
is
to be used by citizens over the age of 1100 who's natural levitation don't
work as well anymore.
(Which makes Duel suspect his dad is much older than he says.)
