Hello to all, I'm new here, I finally decided to play a bit with legOS (was only using NQC until now). After reading all the posts describing problems with installing it under Windows, I am happy to say that everything works without too many (...) It is a shame that the name legOS can not be kept. I think it describes the software perfectly. And if it can't be used in the future (which I suggest some begging and pleading here) I would have a name that has OS in it to best describe it. For (...)   Cross Compiler for the Mac Os X
 
Has anyone had any luck creating a cross complier for the Mac? I've downloaded Michael Zapp's, but he said it wasn't working for C++. I've been trying to compile my own, but I keep getting errors. (...) David, I was not sure how you tried to build the cross compiler but I know that Apple provides several gnu tools that work under Darwin. Hi, Has anyone had any success with building the legOS system under Mac OS 10.1.4? I downloaded version 0.2.6, put it in my user application folder, and then just typed make. Here is the result. Ed, Thanks, I was familiar with that thread. Unfortunately not much useful info came out of it. I was hoping for a report from someone who was ultimately successful in building legOS and its tools, as well as building the cross-compilers on a USB OS (...) (...) You mean USB on Mac OS X, or the USB tower specifically on any platform? You are really screwed if you need a serial driver on OS X.
