I have been thinking (and toying with some ideas) concerning tthe wakeup
checking.  It might be possible to do wakeup checking more often then
between each timeslice.  This would make msleep more accurate and provide
better sensor handling.

I know this has been a hot topic.  I have implemented some code that I think
will do what is needed, but further testing is needed.  I think I will start
a new thread.

When I have something worth looking at, I will post the updated kernel for
you to look at/test (if you like)
