More Spybotics NQC API stuff (work in progress)

A lot of this is untested and very rough. For some reason I still can't get the Spybot to send out RC messages to a Manas unit. Sending an RCX message (opcode 0xF7) is quite simple - either using the ROM subroutine SendRCXMessage or by using the (...)   Bibo Rollup Release

I've been asked if I could make the patch collection updates available as a full-distribution release. Actually, I can't say that I blame that request. Most of the changes have already been covered in prior lugnet postings under the "BrickOS Patches (...) (15 years ago, 15-Sep-09, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Will the lnp task which is doing the receiving only wake up the next layer up if the message is properly formed. hi John, looks good, but I can't use it yet. The main problem I have is that I can't see my templates. At once I found them, a window 10 pixels win width and 25 pixels in height, and I can't get it bigger. Am I doing something wrong ? Very nice (...)
