(...) Travis, I've had a reasonable amount of success building sumo robots, and I always try to use 2 motors per port. (some rules don't allow that) It's my understanding that the motors draw ~250 milliamp when stalled (that's when they draw the (...) (21 years ago, 4-Nov-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Hey ya'll I'm building my first sumo bot, and have a suber basic question. What happens when you hook two motors to the same output of the rcx. (...) Have you ever tried using NQC to download the firmware? If so, does it work? Using RcxCC to download your firmware means you are stuck in the serial tower world and slow firmware downloading.
