I have been thinking this.  It seems like an official Lego release of
the legOS system would be quite beneficial to TLG, especially since I read
in the wired.com article that around 50% of the MS sales goes to adult
men.
That is what I suspect too. If you count the MS that are bought by
parents for 50/50 use then the figure could be higher.  It was also
interesting to see the RCX used for business use (the barcode reader
battery tester on MS club site - search for 'scanner').  Very odd then
that that the MS site is practically 100% aimed at children - like enter
your parent's email.

How about dadF@heaven.org.  When he died, internet was only a dream.

Also they assume no-one born before 1923 can possibly own an MS.
OK I am not _that_ old, but not too far away.
Is there anyone here born before 1923 who want to complain to TLG (8-)#
Give me a few years and I will.

(...) Not quite the same thing, but has anyone tried to make a Lego barcode reader using the light sensor? If so, how well did it work (or not)? Iain M Barker -- iainbarker@bigfoot.com Drive defensively -- buy a tank. (26 years ago, 1-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)
