I agree with Mike--cutting up wire bricks (motor wires) is
probably the easiest thing. There are four methods that I
know about:
1. Cutting wire bricks in half.
2. Slicing up electric plates.
3. Use 4/40 machine screws. I've used this method; it's a little
more tricky than I thought--I had to shape the head of the
screws with a file to get them to fit right.
4. Use 3/16" copper tubing.
The main thing with #3 and #4 is to make sure to put
the screws, or tubing, in opposite corners of a 2x2 plate.
That way you'll make a connection regardless of how
the wire brick is oriented on your sensor or actuator.
