Out of the 6 motors that I own none of them rotate at the same
speed.

http://www.phred.org/~alex/lego has some mechanical solutions (using
an adder/subtractor) for solving this problem.

Note that for many types of robots (line followers, etc) it really
isn't a problem, because the robot will turn as necessary to continue
going in a straight line.  It just ends up being jerkier and a bit
slower.
