Hallo Will,
it can't be the adapter cable which is wrong. With NQC -the very good
programming software from Dave Baum- I have no problem to contact the
RCX. Downloading the firmware, sending programs, starting programs ...
it's okay. Everything works fine.
I got the original Macintosh adapter cable directly from my Lego
distributor in Germany. And I got ROBOLAB from them too. I want to try
programming with the iconic ROBOLAB but this gets no contact from the
Macintosh to the RCX - and it seems to be a very difficult problem.
